We did service the suspension on the truck before you bought it. You said you had an issue and we never could verify it. We left it sit outside all the way up and in 5 days it only moved les that 1/4 of an inch. 100% not a safety issue at all. Then to help even more we sent you truck to the Ram dealership service to clarify and you did not let them look at it and picked it up. Just because you want to alter the suspension to an aftermarket suspension does not mean there is anything wrong with it nor are we financially responsible to pay for something you just want. Please be truthful and you will always have better communication. When you make things up it is hard to help.

Make things up even your service manager saw that the truck was not functioning after it sat at your dealership for iver a week and a half and i came to pick it up as it was my only vehichle to drive. It was sent to ram after the service manager verified when i came to talk to you guys about the truck and was going to leave with the truck but it would not air up enough for me to even leave your parking lot. It took you a week to finally send it to the ram dealership at which point i went to ram and found out the truck had 5 service recalls 3 of which are software updates and 2 are major recalls requiring the truck to be at Ram for a week as they have to tear the motor apart to do the recalls. Yet another week i wont have my only source of transporation. Amazing that you can immefiately respond to a bad review but still have not reurned phone calls from me. To bad this review wont let me post pictures of the truck or the warning messages on the dash that say immediate air suspen s ion service required. You try to blow it off as i am lying. Please be aware that I am documenting everything with this truck and it will be going in for the recalls as well as the suspension issues so that it can all be documented and verified by a REPUTABLE dealership. I do not appreciate being called a liar if you look at forums ( which i should have before purchasing a truck with air suspension) the system is garbage and there are class action law suits on the system. I do not want to "upgrade" as you call it i want a truck that is safe and functions as it should the cheapest way to make that happen is to delete the failed air suspension and go to a normal strut and spring suspension. The air factory air compressor costs over 2k, the factory control mofule cost over 1k. The factory air struts are over 2 k. Yet i can remove it all and quit chasing issues for good for 1500 dollars what makes more sense??, you guys were well aware of the issues with the truck, i have all focumentation from the day i drive the truck home and it threw warning messages that day. All i wanted was for your dealership to make it right apparently that was too much to ask for. I will be turning all of this over to the news as well as consulting an attorney.
