Oil change took 1 hour 45 minutes from the time of my appointment until I decided to approach the service desk. By that point, my car was sitting in the lot and the attendant told me he "was just coming appointment until I decided to approach the service desk. After another 10 minutes of waiting for him to key the work into the computer, he provided the invoice, took payment, and I was finally out the door -- almost 2 hours! Otherwise, staff was friendly, suggested additional services, and the facilities were clean and inviting. If I don't have a coupon, I will probably go elsewhere for quicker service. More

Drew was very friendly and helpful, but communication got mixed up when Austin took over to finish the deal. Had the car for 2 days before the engine light came on, car would not start right away, water was leaking from the glove box when it rained, and AC went out. Was overall not super happy with my experience and would not recommend to anyone. Now to deal with all the issues when I should be enjoying my car. More

Alderman took care of a service issue I had from when I purchased the vehicle from them. They were fair in assisting with the cost of the repair & doing so in a timely manner once parts arrived. I was told by that my car was ready. Then when I was got the 45 mins later. I was told it wasn’t ready took another 20 mins. The. You guys literally pushed my seat completely back.
