Our family-owned and operated dealership looks forward to giving the Indy area the same quality of service that the 2 generations of Alderman's before us provided.
Jerry Alderman, our grandfather, ventured into this business in 1953 and established Alderman Ford. He was dedicated to running the dealership differently than his competitors by creating & maintaining relationships with customers and providing products they could stand behind. One of the biggest things that set Alderman apart from everyone else in the industry was the meaning of their handshake. If offered a handshake, rest assured you were shaking the hand of someone with integrity.
Our father, Gary, took over the dealership in 1967 and continued to run the dealership the "Alderman Way" by embracing those same fundamentals until he retired in 2005.
Fast forward 12 years and Alderman Automotive opened its doors. We successfully continue to base our name and company on the same principles that the two generations before us did. We are honored to be "back in the business" and continue to share the Alderman name with our community, both near and far.

Any car dealership that has been in the business since 1953 should be dependable. This is what I kept saying to myself. Drew Canler was very helpful, he did get answers to all the questions, I requested.. We only have one concern I hope. My registration was not completed correctly, as I wanted my registration transferred from my old auto, to the new one .I have only had the car a week and I have been busy checking the car out. I have an appointment to get driver's side bumper repaired which will cost me $93.26 on 10/22/2024. Praying this is just the least of my concerns moving forward. All and all I trust will be OK. More
