(I had more or less made a decision - the additional test drives and research was more to reassure myself). He was very knowledgeable about the CrossTrek and didn't give me any kind of hard sell. The negotiating process went smoothly and quickly - no haggling. When I went to pick up the care he helped load my Contacts and went over the basic operation of the car. I would definitely seek out Sydney in the future and recommend my friends to him. More

Buyer of new car The dealership was great, also the service department was great. Only thing that I would complain was the fact I asked for remote started installat The dealership was great, also the service department was great. Only thing that I would complain was the fact I asked for remote started installation when I purshased the car but when I when back to pay and give the insurance information they did not told me anything. They only told my the day I pick up the car. I think they should had told my right when I asked for but I can always get an aftermarket one installed. More

When we picked up our car late in the evening, she stayed after hours to ensure we had gone over all the features of the car. When I decided I wanted to purchase a few additional accessories a few days later, she did not just send me off to the parts department. She escorted me in and stayed with me until everything was ordered and I was in the queue to have my car serviced. She is not just about getting a commission. She was determined to make sure I left the dealership with everything I wanted and needed. When I am ready to purchase another car, Christian will be the salesperson I will seek out.
