Second purchase, satisfied again! Perhaps I'm an anomaly, but I am not a person who enjoys car shopping. I want the best price with the least hassle. Subaru of Wakefield came through on both counts, on two separate occasions! My wife and I purchased a Subaru Outback three years ago from Perry Mallias at Subaru of Wakefield, and most recently, a 2018 Subaru Impreza, again from Perry at Subaru of Wakefield. We did shop around a bit on-line, and visited a few local dealerships as well; however, we ultimately decided to purchase from Subaru of Wakefield for the same reason we did the first time: value, ease, and service. I have little patience for sliding-scale prices and high-pressure sales. Subaru of Wakefield made both purchases simple. Perry quoted a price just a few dollars (literally) over invoice, we shook hands, signed on the dotted line, and were done. A simple, no-hassle business transaction. No hidden fees, and no pressure to add on a lot of stuff we didn't need or want. Perry was professional, patient, low-pressure, and helpful in deciding among the various colors and trim levels. His follow-through beyond the car purchase has been outstanding. We expect our next car will also be a Subaru, and we look forward to working with Perry Mallias at Subaru of Wakefield again. More

Although I had my doubts about it panning out, I went into the dealer that evening and they matched the deal to the penny. They gave us an incredibly fair deal. We worked with Al Mazin, who was the best salesperson we've ever dealt with. He was courteous, professional, and most importantly, brought a wealth of knowledge to the table. Al was incredible throughout the buying experience. The Finance Manager was also excellent (professional, transparent, etc.). This was the best car buying experience of our lives. I knew what I wanted and what I was willing to pay before I set foot in any dealerships. At Subaru of Belmont I got sweet-talked and manipulated by a salesman who thought he could take me for a ride. I promptly left and never returned. By contrast, Ken Bettano, the Sales Manager at Subaru of Wakefield took me seriously from the moment he shook my hand. I told him what I wanted and didn't want and that I had compared prices through various online car marketplaces for the region. He asked some pointed questions, checked his inventory, and then made me a deal I couldn't refuse on a 2017 Crosstrek. No nonsense. No condescension. I took the vehicle for a test drive with my salesman, Nelson Molina, who was patient, polite and charming. Nelson handled the rest of the sale with great efficiency and good humor--and we definitely tried his patience by having him stay beyond the store's closing for which I am very sorry but most grateful! I went in at the end of the day on Sunday and had my new car by the next afternoon. If buying a car was this easy and painless I might not wait nearly 18 years before I do it again! I wholeheartedly recommend this dealership! More
