I needed to wait a week to make a decision as I waited for the outcome of my insurance claim, and S of W respected my time. Buyer Beware/ Nice Sales People not so nice management I had test-driven both the Crosstrek and the Forrester on 12/27/17 and I decided to purchase the Forrester. I arrived at 130pm and did not leave unti I had test-driven both the Crosstrek and the Forrester on 12/27/17 and I decided to purchase the Forrester. I arrived at 130pm and did not leave until almost 5pm with my toddler by my side. It was not until I am starting the paperwork that they disclosed that the car I test drove is not the car they are selling me. Apparently, my car sold at the same time as another car similar to mine and the numbers got switched and they told me that they were not charging me extra. So at the end of the day my salesman Leroy quit. The plan was to pick up the car on 12/29. So I contacted another salesman Ben and he said to come down on Friday morning to finish signing paperwork. I test drove the vehicle prior to signing. Then I had to wait at least 45min to get into the finance office to sign. While we were waiting Ken Bettano gave my son a toy to play with. We agreed to meet at the dealership I had to go to return my current lease. Then there were issues with the plate. The management wanted Ben to put me off and take on another customer. Meanwhile I went to the other dealership with my toddler to return my current vehicle. I waited 2 hours at the other dealership. Leroy even came to pick me and my son up and brought us home. Finally my vehicle was driven to my apartment by my current salesman Ben. All in all it was a very stressful day. I have contacted the sales manager Vinnie and waiting to speak to him directly. More
