After asking on facebook for recommendations from friends a few said Subaru Wakefield. They were also the only dealership that didn't hassle me via email after I made an initial enquiry. I walked in and said to the receptionist "I need to speak to a dealer. A nice one". I worked with Andrew who was lovely to me. I already knew I wanted a 2019 Crosstrek and just needed to thrash out the details which he did and we settled on a car within about 20 mins. My time was limited as I travel for a living so have only a couple of days at a time when I'm home and they accommodated my rather hectic schedule with no waiting around. After some awful experiences in the past I'm so relieved I've found a great dealership. I'll be back next time I buy a car. More

This dealership is near my house so I went there. Mr. Al Mazin was an exceptional salesperson. He listened to my questions and was extremely knowledgeable. I didn't feel pressured. He was patient with me and addressed my concerns. Even after I purchased the car he is still willing to answer my questions. I would recommend Al to anyone interested in a Subaru. I did not feel as comfortable or satisfied in the finance office. I honestly felt it was so robotic. "Stuff" was not discussed in detail and there could have been more in-hand information to review before "signing on the dotted line." Al went to bat for me and obtained the information I wanted. Throughout the negotiation process I have never felt pressured and I know, he did what he could to get me the best deal. The visit in the finance manager's office wasn't that pleasant. I felt pressured and uncomfortable when we discussed the extended warranty. It was nice to do a business with Al and I will recommend him to anyone who wants to buy a Subaru. More

A dealership that doesn't like to sell cars My sister is in the market to replace her 2007 Camry. She's tried a few other brands such as Kia and Honda and felt she should try Subaru. She went to visit last week and was greeted by a cold salesman. He asked her which brand she liked so far, she said Kia, and he said she should just go buy the Kia. Not knowing anything about her he just assumed that she couldn't afford a new car and would only show her used cars. And for whatever reason he made it exceptionally difficult for her to even test drive a car to the point that he made her wait over 20 minutes to get the car ready for a test drive. At that point my sister got fed up and left the dealership without even test driving the car. Don't go here - it's a huge waste of time. More

After Joseph Barbagallo saw it and drove the car, he gave me an estimate that was $2,000 below the Kelley Blue Book value and stayed firm on the price, saying that because it's a stick shift it's much harder to sell. Days later, my husband contacted the sales team again to get a second estimate for that same car. He got a fair price value, $2,000 more than what they gave me. Hmmmm.... what changed, other than the seller's profile (me, a French female vs. my husband, an American male)? Discrimination anyone? My husband called the manager to point that out: they lied saying that they never saw the car when I brought it and started yelling as a way of defending themselves. Won't do business with them again. More
