We wasn't sure of the color of the car but we didn't want a silver c ago Horrible customer service . We bought a car from their dealership at night. We wasn't sure of the color of the car but we didn't want a silver car and asked the sale person and said it wasn't silver and it was light sky blue. We put a deposit on the ca . The next day we went back and the car wasn't light sky blue it was silver. We wanted our deposit back but they refused to return our deposit back. However, we bought the car and moved on. I went back for an oil change and my car was being serviced. They saw me in the waiting room and refused my service while car was being serviced and brought car to m . I drove home and noticed oil smell coming from my car. I opened my hood and they forgot or intended to forget to put my oil cap back on. I had to clean the whole engine and get another oil change at IRA Subaru. More

Fast and exceptional I was intrested in a few cars that were listed online. Arriving at the dealership was very calming as they didn't have sales people out there jumping down your throat as soon as you got out of your car. Once I got there I was set up with Andrew Fenno in sales. He was very laid back with no pressure. He was very straight forward and was very accommodating as I had my 4 and 7yo in Tow. The kids were able to hang out in a small kid area and have a few bags of popcorn with some water. After coming to a excellent deal I was handed off to Chris Robertson the business manager. Again there was no pressure to purchase any extra warranty or anything of the sort. He was very straightforward and professional. I searched for about a month for the right vehicle and I am glad that I made the one hour drive down to Wakefield to Subaru. More

On our last ( but should have been our first ) dealership ,Subaru of wakefield we were greeted by a wonderful salesman Billy Calendrello, . Instantly shook our hands and seated us at his desk. Smiling and happy and pleasant , he asked us how he could help us , talking with him he helped us discover our car a beautiful blue 2016 Subaru forrester . What a delight he was , there was no doubt we made the right decision with him.
