Nuno the parts manager was the most offensive person we've ever come across in dealing with various dealerships across the country. We were requesting the vin and options summaries to get a replacem we've ever come across in dealing with various dealerships across the country. We were requesting the vin and options summaries to get a replacement door VIN sticker thru a 3rd party as required by our state dmv to register the vehicle. Nuno said he would require proof of ownership to provide that information. We EXPLAINED that the state required the sticker BEFORE they would inspect the vehicle to register it. Nuno AGAIN said that he wouldn't provide the info without proof of ownership... He told us we could talk to the general manager and ask but he already knew the general manager would tell us no... So we asked to talk to the general manager. And nuno told us he was not there, on a Monday at 2:00 p.m... And that he knew the general manager would tell us no anyways. The conversation ended with Nuno telling us never to call back when we ask to leave our phone number for the general manager. This was the MANAGER of the parts department. Who claimed we could get the requested info from ANY Jeep/Chrysler dealership. It was a surreal experience and we would not recommend this dealership to anyone. You can tell from the other reviews that this is a place to steer clear and go elsewhere. More

They solved an issue that was almost a year old and a prior Jeep dealer couldnt fix wouldnt fix and was lazy and started to destroy my vehicle instead of fix it. Nuno and Justin were great to work with and helped me a ton along the way. I think it took 3 or 4 appointments and multiple days of them having my GC but they FIXED IT perfectly and the price was amazing. This is my go to now for my GC. More

I own a 2021 Ram Promaster 3500 van which has been converted to a Class B RV by Panoramic. I scheduled warranty service with Westboro Ram on April 4, 2022 for the following issues: The Blind Spot Warn converted to a Class B RV by Panoramic. I scheduled warranty service with Westboro Ram on April 4, 2022 for the following issues: The Blind Spot Warning system and the cruise control was shutting off on it’s own intermittently. The backup camera has also come on while driving forward on the highway on several occasions. At 4pm on the first day of service Justin Drake, the service manager, called 1 hour before closing to say he needed to take the dashboard panels apart to continue diagnostics - and since it was late in the day he would need to keep it overnight. I asked if it would get done by the next day and he assured me it would - so I agreed to leave it overnight. At 4pm on day two I called to find out the status; I was told he would need another week to diagnose. As I needed the van I told him I’d have to schedule a follow up service appointment. He said to give him ten minutes to get the dash panels back together. I got there in about 3 minutes and was surprised to find the van sitting in a parking spot with everything in tact. The manager asked me who did the conversion, and suggested that perhaps they had touched the safety systems. I gave him Panoramic’s contact information. When I went to drive away I noticed 3/4 tank of gas missing. I snapped a photo of the odometer. The invoice showed the in and out mileage as the same, meaning the van had not been driven. The mileage on the odometer showed a 75 mile difference from the invoice. There were some scratches that I had not noticed before on the dash as well. I called Nuno Reid, the Sales/Parts manager, the following day and he said he would call back by day’s end. He did not call. At the end of the next day I called him and he said he had lost my phone number so he couldn’t call me back. He then explained that the technician had hand written on his notes that he had test driven the van 25 miles. I explained that my photo of the odometer showed 75 miles - he then said that it must have been taken out 3x. He asked me to send photos of the scratches. He also told me that he never promised to get the van diagnosed in 2 days or in a week and that it might need a month to diagnose, and possibly 8 months. He also, once again, said he thought that the RV conversion company, Panoramic, had touched something to cause the issue. Panoramic informed me that they never received a call from him. I should mention that this manager was rude, talked over me during the entire phone conversation and ended up hanging up on me. Later that night the manager called me and left a message saying the dash was never taken apart and that he had spoken to the technician who confirmed the van had been driven 3x. So the story keeps changing; the dash panels were removed according to the sales manager, but not removed according the Service/Parts manager. The van was not driven, then it was driven for 1 test drive for 25 miles, then it was driven 3x for 75 miles. The diagnostics would take a day, then 2 days, then a week, now it will take anywhere from 1 month to 8 months. I am appalled at the dishonesty of this service department. Three quarters of a tank of gas and 75 miles were put on the van without documentation - The amount of time to diagnose the issues is a moving target and the sales manager was extremely rude and disingenuous. Was told 2018 jeep grand cherokees go they tires every 20k miles.....bought the car with 5 miles- tires rated for 60k. More
