They solved an issue that was almost a year old and a prior Jeep dealer couldnt fix wouldnt fix and was lazy and started to destroy my vehicle instead of fix it. Nuno and Justin were great to work with and helped me a ton along the way. I think it took 3 or 4 appointments and multiple days of them having my GC but they FIXED IT perfectly and the price was amazing. This is my go to now for my GC. More
We've been long time service customers of Westboro Jeep. Justin Drake, service manager has always taken the initiative to go above and beyond when needed. Westboro Jeep and Justin did such a great job with Justin Drake, service manager has always taken the initiative to go above and beyond when needed. Westboro Jeep and Justin did such a great job with our Wrangler (no issues, ran great) with 150k miles on it, we thought we'd trade it towards another jeep. Jeremy Garden our sales rep, was great to work with (A++++ service). He's very knowledgeable (we had many questions), responsive, nice personality and no pressure. We also interacted with many more people at the dealership - Arty, John, George, Connor and Nuno. Everyone is really nice. We had a great experience and always recommend Westboro Jeep to many people. There's a reason why car shopping is a dreaded chore, and Westboro Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram is a perfect example of why people hate it! By the time I got out of my car, a salesman (bald) walked out to say "hi". Good sign, but that was the only positive interaction. He never introduced himself - didn't bother giving me his name or ask for mine. When I asked to see two vehicles parked outside, he grabbed the keys and unlocked the door for me to poke around in. Never did he come near to explain the features or tell me anything about the vehicles. Instead, he stood about 10 feet away texting. While I was looking at one of the vehicles, another salesman walked by. My saleman turned his back to me and quietly spoke to his colleague (rounder guy) who then turned around and looked at me and started snickering until he caught me looking back at him. At that point he quickly turned around before looking back at me once more a few seconds later to snicker at me as I sat in the driver's seat watching them...what a humiliating experience. Needless to say, they obviously don't want or need my business which is too bad because I'm looking to replace 2 vehicles (1 immediately and another in December when my other lease is up). So, if you enjoy being belittled and condescendingly judged, this is the perfect place for you! More

We had a great experience at Westboro Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep. The salesman Sam was very responsive and flexible with regards to helping me schedule an appointment to look at a Wrangler. Once We arrived we Jeep. The salesman Sam was very responsive and flexible with regards to helping me schedule an appointment to look at a Wrangler. Once We arrived we were greeted and We didn’t feel rushed or hurried while we took our time to look around. Sam was extremely accommodating by letting us test drive several different vehicles there on the lot. He also gave us plenty of space to discuss our thoughts, but Sam was also there if we had any questions. Both John and Sam were very respectful and willing to negotiate and they kept the process friendly and professional. Dan made the paperwork process smooth, efficient and easy to understand. He explained everything very well. My fiancé and I are so happy with our new 2022 Jeep Wrangler Willys and our cool Jeep Hats! We highly recommend Sam and John! More
Just completed your survey. Sam Kaleta was kind, caring and kept my situation and needs top of the list during all our conversations. I would highly recommend Sam because Sam Kaleta was kind, caring and kept my situation and needs top of the list during all our conversations. I would highly recommend Sam because he understood where my wife and I were coming from both emotionally and financially. He took the time to explain all options and helped us pick the best one that suited our needs. Sam made things happen fast when we needed him to. Thank you John for taking care of and explaining all available options while we were finalizing the financial paperwork. At the end, when we took delivery of our first ever owned Jeep, I gave Sam a big hug and expressed my appreciation for all he did for us to make this happen. Even though he had 3 other deliveries happening that day, his focus on me and my wife was still 100% Thank you Sam, I hope you never forget us :-) More
3 week wait for warranty repair. MOPAR cannot supply parts and short-staffed. Why would any buy a JEEP? Manager was worried I would give bad rating once I complained. I'm not one to leave online reviews or complain, but my recent experience buying a car from Westboro Jeep could not have been poorer. I was sold a car that was not properly diagnosed prior to leaving the lot. During my very first drive, It stalled on my 2 hour ride home. It would not restart. I had to call roadside service to have it towed to the closest dealership. I was without my car for 8 days (and without any other car during that time period). I asked nicely several times to be reimbursed for my unexpected expenses, I asked for a loaner car until my new car was fixed. I was ignored 3 times by the car salesmen and manager. It's 8 days later and I still do not have my new car, nor has the dealership offered me anything for the loss of time, expenses and overall inconvenience. More
I own a 2021 Ram Promaster 3500 van which has been converted to a Class B RV by Panoramic. I scheduled warranty service with Westboro Ram on April 4, 2022 for the following issues: The Blind Spot Warn converted to a Class B RV by Panoramic. I scheduled warranty service with Westboro Ram on April 4, 2022 for the following issues: The Blind Spot Warning system and the cruise control was shutting off on it’s own intermittently. The backup camera has also come on while driving forward on the highway on several occasions. At 4pm on the first day of service Justin Drake, the service manager, called 1 hour before closing to say he needed to take the dashboard panels apart to continue diagnostics - and since it was late in the day he would need to keep it overnight. I asked if it would get done by the next day and he assured me it would - so I agreed to leave it overnight. At 4pm on day two I called to find out the status; I was told he would need another week to diagnose. As I needed the van I told him I’d have to schedule a follow up service appointment. He said to give him ten minutes to get the dash panels back together. I got there in about 3 minutes and was surprised to find the van sitting in a parking spot with everything in tact. The manager asked me who did the conversion, and suggested that perhaps they had touched the safety systems. I gave him Panoramic’s contact information. When I went to drive away I noticed 3/4 tank of gas missing. I snapped a photo of the odometer. The invoice showed the in and out mileage as the same, meaning the van had not been driven. The mileage on the odometer showed a 75 mile difference from the invoice. There were some scratches that I had not noticed before on the dash as well. I called Nuno Reid, the Sales/Parts manager, the following day and he said he would call back by day’s end. He did not call. At the end of the next day I called him and he said he had lost my phone number so he couldn’t call me back. He then explained that the technician had hand written on his notes that he had test driven the van 25 miles. I explained that my photo of the odometer showed 75 miles - he then said that it must have been taken out 3x. He asked me to send photos of the scratches. He also told me that he never promised to get the van diagnosed in 2 days or in a week and that it might need a month to diagnose, and possibly 8 months. He also, once again, said he thought that the RV conversion company, Panoramic, had touched something to cause the issue. Panoramic informed me that they never received a call from him. I should mention that this manager was rude, talked over me during the entire phone conversation and ended up hanging up on me. Later that night the manager called me and left a message saying the dash was never taken apart and that he had spoken to the technician who confirmed the van had been driven 3x. So the story keeps changing; the dash panels were removed according to the sales manager, but not removed according the Service/Parts manager. The van was not driven, then it was driven for 1 test drive for 25 miles, then it was driven 3x for 75 miles. The diagnostics would take a day, then 2 days, then a week, now it will take anywhere from 1 month to 8 months. I am appalled at the dishonesty of this service department. Three quarters of a tank of gas and 75 miles were put on the van without documentation - The amount of time to diagnose the issues is a moving target and the sales manager was extremely rude and disingenuous.
