This is for the Service Dept. only, I have never/will never buy a car here. Convenience was a big factor in using this service department, I work just down the road and can walk only, I have never/will never buy a car here. The most recent visit they recommended an additional service along with the oil change. The cost was ridiculous, over $900.00 for an oil change and one set of brakes, but partly my fault for not asking. The last few times I have gotten my car back it was dirtier than when I dropped it off. Oil covering the engine cover, greasy handprints on the hood, fenders, and doors. The last alignment they did they scratched the wheels and this time chipped the pain on the drivers door and matching edge on the back drivers door. No, I did not bring this up to any management. That would result in he said she said xx and not worth my time. They won't have the pleasure of enjoying my money from yesterday onward. More

I recently purchased a truck from Albrecht, the truck did not have the rear wheel well liners on the truck, the sales rep told me that they were on back order and as soon as the come in they will contact me not have the rear wheel well liners on the truck, the sales rep told me that they were on back order and as soon as the come in they will contact me install them for me. After several weeks, I found out the liners were discontinued.. I spoke to several managers on this, they said the same ( we will get back to you). My last attempt was about 3 weeks ago when I spoke to the manager Brian and the sales rep and he admitted that he said that the liners were suppose to be on the truck, I even suggested to buy them aftermarket, I left my phone number with Brian that night and still nothing. I can’t believe I didn’t get a phone call for a piece that costs under $200. My next attempt will be to get lawyer involved More
