He helped us with our trade-in as well, and made sure we did not leave the facility without knowing EVERYTHING about the car! He offered to help us, at our HOME. if we had any follow-up questions!!! Who does that anymore??? We selected a Certified, Pre-owned, Buick Encore GX. We also spoke with the General Manager, (he did not identify himself and just stopped to "chit chat" with us about our Naval Service and such!). We thought he was "just a nice guy" buying a car as well, that just noticed my USS Forrestal hat that sat down to speak with us!, (found out later the next day who he was), Mike Tarasuik. We also dealt with Kendra. A very nice lady that helped us with the paperwork. Took less than 15 minutes, and we were done! Drove home with a spic & span "new" Buick Encore! We have never, ever, had such a great experience at a dealership. From stem to stern they were all happy, helpful, and Scott was concerned that we got the car we needed! More

I would not recommend this dealership. I did not have a good experience with the salesman Elliot. The experience was disorganized and lengthy. When negotiating the price, Elliot was open but his manager Randy was rude and brusque. Instead of a conversation, Randy made comments about my "ridiculous" request and rolled his eyes instead of a simple "sorry, we can't go that low". I know that my business is not as valuable as there are many other buyers out there these days, but it felt like I was not valued at all. He undermined my knowledge about the car and wouldn't back down when I showed him what I was reading from. The purchasing process was unnecessarily lengthy due to double booking other clients at the same times and miscommunication among the staff. Wish I could have gone elsewhere. More
