I took the car in for a smog check and was told it might take 7-8 hours because it was a busy day and there aren't a lot of service folks who do smog checks. So I was well prepared to hang around and wander around the neighborhood (and it's a great neighborhood to wander around with lots of cafes and restaurants). I was very pleasantly surprised when the work was done in less than 4 hours. As for the folks who work there, they are always terrific, from the person who checks you in to the person who takes your money. It's hard to find a nicer group of people. And they do have a great place to sit and wait. More

Almost everything about the entire repair, the loaner car, and all the personnel involved, went very smoothly. That part would get 5 stars. However, and a big however, this was only after my repeated qu car, and all the personnel involved, went very smoothly. That part would get 5 stars. However, and a big however, this was only after my repeated questioning of why the dealership would not report the full repair cost to my warranty company, instead asking me to pay over $3000 that clearly should have been covered by my extended warranty. After finally going above my service advisor and talking to Aaron P, this was promptly cleared up and I paid only the appropriate deductible. Aaron was excellent. (I don't remember the name of the service advisor, who was not at all helpful with this.) I may never understand whether this whole issue came out of a miscommunication, or a deliberate policy with extended warranty contracts that the dealership itself owns. More

Overall excellent service except why do I have to order my own parts? I needed a mirror replaced and had to order it ostensibly because it had to be paid for.
