Service was slower and very little customer interaction with general staff. No greeting from multiple service people passing by, including the guy who hopped in my car and drove to the next station. I brought my Subaru in for service on Tuesday. I expected that my windshield wipers would also be inspected. Yesterday when I went to clean my windshield I noticed the right side needs replaceme I expected that my windshield wipers would also be inspected. scheduled a visit to get my tire fixed and to do the recall reprogramming of my Solterra. When I arrived I was told that they cant do the reprogramming on Saturday, when, as I told the representative recall reprogramming of my Solterra. Didn't replace the sealant bottle, if I didn't ask they would have happily let me drive off without a spare or a sealant bottle in the car, so god help me if I got a flat in a spot with no cell coverage. Then they looked and did not have that part in stock. Its like the trying to work with the three stooges! More
