He didn’t wear his sales hat and try to steer me into other cars and packages, he understood like last time that I’m a person that knows what I want. He played to that and we were able to go from intro chat to signed deal within 2-3 hours on a Saturday. He’s very transparent and both he and Mike are highly motivated to make a deal. I had a great experience at the Albany Subaru service center. Everyone I interacted with was wonderful. But a few ppl that stood out were Tory, Aaron, the gentleman that took my car seat out of my car (I center. Everyone I interacted with was wonderful. Truly. I don’t think he will ever know just how much gratitude I have for him, but what he did for me will always stay with me. He didn’t just help, I don’t know how to describe it but with James I knew that this was the one area in my life where I was ok because he was there. In a time where I had a lot going on at once and under a lot of stress and worry; James gave me peace of mind. And for that I’m forever grateful.
