James told me the wrong thing. I asked about the sensors in the back were not beeping when backing up he said it was par t of my recall. Which it was NOT true. Is best if they simply said they do not know. disappointment with the customer service. Also about getting my expenses for the year due to taxes its a ridiculous process. More

I had a problem with the transmission in my 2016 Forester, that I bought 3 years ago. I was not even aware that the trans was still covered under warranty, but Albany Subaru informed me of that and Forester, that I bought 3 years ago.
