Alan was my technician for routine maintenance on my 2019 Forester. He was fantastic. I did not make a "Rapid turn around" appointment (forgot what it is actually called) and needed oil change, tires rotat Forester. He was fantastic. I did not make a "Rapid turn around" appointment (forgot what it is actually called) and needed oil change, tires rotated and engine checked out. He was able to get me in and out of there in about 2 hours. He was friendly, professional, and kept us up to date on our cars progress by text. This is the reason I am going to stick with the brand, and stay with Albany Subaru. More

Victoria was very kind and great with customer service. I initially brought my car in for a squeaky dash and drivers seat as well as the driver seat bolstering was crushed and the vehicle only had 11k mile I initially brought my car in for a squeaky dash and drivers seat as well as the driver seat bolstering was crushed and the vehicle only had 11k miles.
