In all the years that I have bought and traded cars, never have I experienced a salesperson as professional and easy to work with a she was. We brought car back for repair, was told car Bought a used Jeep and a few months later the car broke down several times due to a transmission problem. We brought car back for repair, was told car was fixed, picked it up only to break down less than 10 miles away, brought car back, it was there 30 more days, picked up car with a new dent and car is making noises it's still not fixed. Why wouldn't the shop alert us to other car issues befor telling us it's done, how do they treat customer cars by putting dents in them.. wish I never heard of this place. More

He saved his money for years to be able to buy a car he wanted. We found a car on-line with the all features he had been looking for at Albany Chrysler in Albany, MN after months of looking in our area in Memphis, TN. The price was a bit lower than cars we had seen in our area, so my husband called the dealership to talk about the car. He asked why it seemed to be such a good price and asked if there was anything wrong with it that we should know about. We were told, that since it was a Chrysler dealership and this was a Toyota, the dealership just wanted to move it quickly. My husband and son flew to Minneapolis to get the car. They were met at the airport by the dealership to deliver the car and then made the drive home to Memphis. A few days later, my husband noticed rust on the undercarriage so he called the dealership. He was told that 'everyone up there knows that older cars have rust issues.' At this point, we decided to pay someone to cut out the rusted area in the frame and replace. This cost us an additional $1500. Now a year later in different areas, the rust has broken through the frame and is not safe to drive. My issue and concern, is that this car should NEVER have been sold to a consumer but scrapped for parts because of the safety issues caused by the invasive rust throughout the frame. The car is now being sold for salvage as it should have been 18 months ago. I would expect more from a major dealership that carries the Chrysler name. More
Unbelievable! This is the first review I have ever written. I feel so strongly about my positive experience, I had to submit a review. I purchased a $4500 car and was treated like I purchased a $45,000 car! Found the car on the internet and traveled 75 miles after speaking with the sales rep. It was everything they described. The car was detailed and waiting for us. We paid top dollar but the service we received was top notch! The best we have ever experienced. In the last five years, we have bought a $40,000 car and a $40,000 truck from twin city dealerships. We did not get a tenth of the service we received from Albany. I only wish we had bought our new vehicles from this dealership. I will definitely recommend everyone to buy here. They just can't be beat! Thanks to everyone at Albany Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep and Ram. You are a one in a million dealership! More
When the Dodge Dart first came out, I ordered one from my local dealer. I waited a couple of months for the car to come and when it finally did, there was an error in the order. All of the features that I local dealer. I waited a couple of months for the car to come and when it finally did, there was an error in the order. All of the features that I had selected were present except one of my absolute requirements (Premium Group). My local dealer searched within 150 miles and found nothing as the Dart was still barely shipping at that time. I took matters into my own hands and found EXACTLY what I wanted at Albany Chrysler Center in MN. My local dealer gladly refunded my deposit and I hopped on an Airplane and flew 1400 miles to MN to buy my new Dart. This was the most pleasant buying experience I've ever had buying car. Albany Chrysler sent a driver all the way to Minneapolis to pick me up at the airport (1.5 hr trip). They gave me an excellent price on the car and were extremely accommodating. They introduced me to the service staff and celebrated the fact that I had travelled so far to buy my Dart. They had the paperwork all printed by the time I arrived at the dealership. The deal was done in literally 5 minutes. We spent about 20 minutes talking to the staff and were on our 1400 mile journey back home. It was a positive experience that I'll remember forever. A couple of weeks after I returned home with my new Dart, I received a package in the mail that contained some of the best Chocolate Chip cookies I've ever had. It also had a laminated Albany Chrysler card with the recipe to make the cookies myself. They were so good, that I kept the recipe and have made the cookies for my own staff twice since. Its those little touches that help them stand out. The dealership has also sent me some free service visits, etc. Unfortunately, I don't think I'll take them up on those offers because it would be a 2800 mile round trip, but thanks anyway. They're an awesome dealer with super friendly people from the shuttle driver, to the sales people to finance to service. A+++ More
