Sales and Service Anita's truck from friend Bonnie Bearch,, Shiff,, Joey's sister and a krebs had stripped oil pan drain plug threads from an impact being used. Bonnie had oil changes here for years. Bearch,, Shiff,, Joey's sister and a krebs had stripped oil pan drain plug threads from an impact being used. Bonnie had oil changes here for years. A machinist had to use a 2 foot bar to break the small drain plug loose on Anita's right after she got it. Now the threads are damaged and should have a new oil pan like Krebs got from this dealers error. My son bought a newer expensive 4 door Jeep from long time mechanic Scott here. In a few miles the front axle locked up at highway speeds because there was no oil in it. Thats Laziness as it takes a few minutes to check fluids before its on the road. My son also bought a newer traverse here with a $4300 extended Warr and tried returning it in 2 days as it seemed to be a lemon. Also the AC didn't work and the service desk lady said your trouble, take your biz somewhere else, I will pray for you. Eventually it was fixed after a lot of grief. My Tool & Die shop makes alignment parts for cars & trucks. Turn on a Hunter alignment machine and all the shims and MCam sleeves are from my Biz with no complaints in 44 years. I was going to delete this until Scott takes offense why I asked about this after He knew that front axle lock up at highway speeds "could have killed my Son ! " Scott said its none of my Biz , Oh you think so ? and he didn't pay anything towards the expensive repair. laziness turned into arrogance and defensiveness. A mechanic benefits from his position selling a similar dealer jeep and it comes with responsibility as credibility is assumed. How do I feel now ? No apology means anything, Its too late. Who doe the IRS fine and penalize the most? The Accountant ! Because they know better. Same thing here, They should know better More
