Forcing me to go back and extend my review does not reflect well on your customer service. I don't remember the name of the service person, I could take the time to find it on the receipt, but your records should tell who took care of me, no need for me to spend that time. I'm sure all your people are great. In fact one of the mechanics walked me to the service office, good job. If you want to make a good impression on customers, just take a good review as it stands. I was satisfied, and will be back again, so I am responding -- next time you bug me about not giving you enough, I'll just not respond. Your service and sales people do a good job. Your survey people don't know how to deal with customers. You should fix that. I just tried to submit this again and found that you wouldn't accept it if I didn't check the number of stars -- AGAIN. Don't tempt me to switch from four stars to one, just because your people don't know how to conduct a good survey. More
