Best Price in Washington I was shopping within a very tight budget. Every other dealership said they would price match, but when it came down to the bottom line, Alan Webb w I was shopping within a very tight budget. Michael Tower did an excellent job showing me the car and its features. Mr. Williams came up with the bottom line paperwork that worked for us. They delivered the deal they said they would. Car purchase I purchased a 2016 Nissan Frontier in 2016 brand new off the lot. Well to make it short the clutch wore out in 54,000 miles. Which should not have happened. $2,500..It was not covered by warranty. The dealership worked with me to into a 2018 Sentra. No money down,low payment and $18,000 on my trade in. Star number 1: After telling Christian I did not want the extended warranty or gap insurance, he told me "the reason why we priced this car so low was so we can bank on these add ons, you're killing me" Star number 2: I purchased this car December 7th, and then on JANUARY 9th I realized my loan still wasn't processed, I had received no documents and did not see the loan pop up on my online banking. So I went into Columbia Credit Union to see what was up. They proceeded to tell me that Alan Webb sent over the wrong SSN and that they have been trying to reach them since mid December. Columbia Credit Union advised me to go back to Alan Webb, so I did. Star number 3: Upon arriving at Alan Webb I am informed that my finance manager was fired December 30th. Jason Murphy is now assisting me - I explain to him my loan was never processed, he pulls my file, has me initial my SSN and then I ask him verbatim "my credit isn't going to be pulled again is it? Jason's response to me was "NO". Later that night I received a notification on my Credit Karma that CCU has pulled my credit again. I sent an email to Jason, telling him I wasn't happy about that and I would like to speak with a GM about this whole thing. This was his response to me: Kimberly, I did not pull your credit I merely reprinted your credit application after correcting the social security number. I further did not request Columbia Credit Union to pull your credit. I will have the General Manager Contact you when he returns to work on the 11th of January. Regards, Jason Murphy Star number 4: It's now January 15th and I have yet to receive a call from the GM. Also, side note, Christian who was my original finance guy text my mobile phone from his PERSONAL mobile phone asking for sensitive information (like ssn, paystubs) in which was not obtained from Alan Webb when he was fired. When I voiced my concerns around that, I was told "don't worry about it, he was always doing weird stuff like that" . It's been 40 days and my loan still isn't processed. They ended up pulling my credit 4 times, because they were "shopping around" - I have a 795 credit score, premier pricing is 740+ I don't feel like it was necessary. I will also be filing formal complaints with AG and the Federal Communications Commissions since I don't feel like any of this was handled correctly or addressed accordingly. More
