Recall Notice After receiving a Mitsubishi recall notice . I contacted AW Mitsubishi and Kyle the service rep. was fast to get an appointment for repair done and ar After receiving a Mitsubishi recall notice . I contacted AW Mitsubishi and Kyle the service rep. was fast to get an appointment for repair done and arranged for a no cost rental car. The day of the appointment. First thing in the morning. I showed up a little early and Kyle was there and was .ready to go. He got me into my rental and on my way in no time.. The work was completed and and my car was washed and vacuumed out, ready to go. Signed the paperwork and was on my way. I work in customer service and tis was great customer service. Thanks for a great experience! Give the man a raise. More
Lock problem with Mitsubishi Spyder trunk release lever. The car was taken in at the appointed time and worked on promptly. Took the same amount of time as estimated. Lock was taken apart and thoroughly cleaned (I thought I would meed a replacement) and we discussed prevention of the same problem happening again. Car, which was brought in dirty, was washed and presented back to me in beautiful condition. Seems all the employees enjoy working there, which speaks well for the dealership. As an aside, I received several compliments on the vehicle. All in all, a very positive experience. More

service person was very helpful I had issues with my A/C in my 2015 Outlander it was fixed several times but the issue was never resolved and had to continue to return when the A/C I had issues with my A/C in my 2015 Outlander it was fixed several times but the issue was never resolved and had to continue to return when the A/C kept failing. The service dept with Kyle leading the way was very help and understanding regarding the issues I was having, a never questioned my returning the vehicle to be looked at. This did take several times over several months. finally with extensive research and a little dye it was determined there was a hole in the compressor and was replaced. it was tested and seemed cold as it should be. Of course since I have got my vehicle back the temperature had gone from 90 degrees to 60 degrees ( gotta love the NW) I am looking forward to testing it in the summer months coming and know that if there is an issue the service dept will help me out. More

Amazing sale! I came in on April 6th and found a car I wanted to buy! They were amazing working with me and my budget.
