I scheduled service about a month ago on a Saturday since I work all week. I brought my car into the service center and found out I had to go to Nissan. I went over there and they didn't have me scheduled. I I work all week. I brought my car into the service center and found out I had to go to Nissan. I went over there and they didn't have me scheduled. I was told I could wait but it would be at least a few hours. I didn't have time to wait that long. I then went to schedule my oil change 3 or 4 more times online and never got a response back. I got a call over a week later after I made an inquiry online the last time. When I called back I got the answering machine. So I left a message. I didn't get a response back for over an hour so I called back and the person who answered the phone wanted to transfer me back to who I left a message with. I told her no that I left a message over an hour ago and I didn't hear back. She got him on the phone just a few seconds later and I finally got my service scheduled. I don't remember the name of the guy I want to say it was Chris your form is making me click a name. So I'm just clicking a name to make it work. More
