Went in for a yearly inspection, and wasn't too happy with the results. To start, a lot porter stalled my car and struggled to get it out of the service lane. I falsely presumed they would hire competent staff capable of driving the various vehicles they sell. Anyway, as to the issues brought up- The diagnosis says green lights, but the shifter still vibrates. The frame still makes a knock when I change direction, and they didnt swap the nuts out like I had requested. They didn't even acknowledge the dozen donuts addressed to them. Seemingly worked around it. To boot, at the end they'll send a video showing you that your lights and wipers work, as if driving there in the rain couldn't have told me that. For what I paid it was "worth it" but overall not much value in the effort. I won't be back next year for the same service. I'll shop around More
