I scheduled my oil change for 11am. I drove from Battle Ground to get it done and after waiting for half an hour was told everyone was gonna go to lunch and they don’t have time to get I drove from Battle Ground to get it done and after waiting for half an hour was told everyone was gonna go to lunch and they don’t have time to get it done and had to reschedule for 1pm. So I had to drive back home and back to the dealership again. Why make an appointment a week early if you can’t fricken keep it! Seriously get it together guys! Bad customer experience and we live in an experience based economy. You guys failed hard. More

The dealership as a whole wasn't very professional. The finance manager was wonderful. We had to return to the dealership because they forgot to fill the gas tank, but they did give us a voucher for an additional tank of gas, which was thoughtful.
