We wanted to make sure we had a car that we could be confident in driving for her and my girls safety. Jamie and the team helped us navigate a very stressful time and helped us get the best deal possible with all available discounts to get us into a new 2019 Traverse. We were so impressed by the new lifetime power train warranty I traded up to a new Malibu for my car as well. Two cars in a week. We would not have done that if they did not work as hard as they did. Pam got us a rental and had us out the door the first day. She did great. This was a very stressful situation that we were not prepared for and Jamie as well as Justin stepped up and went the extra mile to get us to where we needed to be. Thank you. More

Oh and finance guy messed up first set of papers and had to reprint and have me sign again last minute and I still don't have copies of the financial terms!! Was supposed to email them to me. After multiple phone calls and text to my salesperson about it...nothing yet. It's been 5 days now. More
DONT SERVICE YOUR CAR OR TRUCK HERE! I brought my 2002 Silverado in last week oil change, prior to service I called for a quote. The quote was $84.00, being a Duramax diesel I thought tha I brought my 2002 Silverado in last week oil change, prior to service I called for a quote. The quote was $84.00, being a Duramax diesel I thought that was reasonable. I also had a oil leak I wanted a quote for repair. When I went to pick up my truck the bill was $ 105.00! I explained that I called and was quoted $84. The salesman claimed that was only with a coupon? I was not told about a coupon! I asked about the oil leak and how much it would cost for the repair. The service person said there was no leak or there would be a note on the service form. (Prior to service I had a quote for repair from a local garage) A little upset with the price of service, I was surprised at the remark about the oil leak I went home and inspected the 105 dollar service I just paid for. to my despair I found that the oil leak was still there and present with oil on the front of engine, windshield wiper fluid was empty, The wiper blades were sun worn, NOTHING ON THE MULTI-POINT INSPECTION FORM WAS CHECKED! BUT EVERYTHING SHOWED GREEN ON THE CHECK LIST! I wrote Jamie the company relations person with my complaint. her quick response is that she would forward to someone which would respond in the next business day. Its almost a week. I have not heard anything. I would hope that anyone thinking about a service with Alan Webb service center in Vancouver would think twice before going here! More
