Alan Webb had the exact Traverse I was looking for at a price that beat every other dealer in the area. I came into the dealership pre qualified and knew exactly what I wanted, Keith was very easy to work with in that regard. He was upfront and honest about what they could make work and what they couldn't. I feel like we both got what we were looking for out of the deal. I then worked with Justin to get the financing finalized. I came in with what I thought was the best possible rate and Justin was still able to beat it. Finally a finance manager who is not trying to push a bunch of not needed extras just to pad the deal. Thank you both for the great experience. Very pleasant experience. Connor helped me hone down on which vehicle I exactly wanted. We drove the vehicles I was interested in. I told her I would go find another source to check it. She then just hung up on me. Got a mans voice next time I called. Evidently they dont need my business.
