I tried to buy a truck but Alan Jay can't get their crap together and do what's right for their customers....ever. Instead, the next day, (after the Alan Jay corporate team failed to call me back like they promised they would in order to try and make their screw up right) I bought a High Country 2500 from a competent dealer over 2 hours away...a process that took 30 minutes by phone and they DELIVERED my new truck to my driveway that same day. Alan Jay and his stealerships should be embarrassed and out of business. Hands down the worst dealer I've ever dealt with. And that's saying a lot... I've owned over 30 GM cars and trucks! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE! More

Will never go back. I took my truck in for a simple oil change, and tire rotation. I knew that is was going to be bad when I had to argue with the service writer. He argued that my engine took 8 quarts of oil, then I told him to only put 6 qts in it. He continued to argue about it. Obviously he has no idea, what he’s doing. Then he comes to me and tells me that 2 wheel studs broke off, it will cost $200 more, and it will be done in an hour. I told him NO, I will fix it, just give me the lug nuts( special for the rims), and I would drill out the broken stud out of the nut. He hands them to me, there is nothing in them, and no rust at all. What happened is they put the nuts back on with an impact wrench. It states “do not use an impact wrench on these rims”. And he had xxxxx enough to tell me that they didn’t use an impact on them. I watched them through the window. Since the Alan Jay Dealerships have been sold. The new owners have let them all go to xxxx. Former mechanics, have said it’s horrible there. LIKE I SAID, I WONT BE BACK, IM EVEN THINKING ABOUT TRADING THIS IN, and BUYING A DIFFERENT BRAND. My wife and I purchased a new GMC Canyon Denali pickup from Alan Jay last May 2021. We were traveling out out state heading to Illinois, we made as far as Marietta Georgia and the alternator failed. We tried to get the local GMC dealer in Marietta to help us out since the vehicle had less than 12,000 miles on it and the vehicle was still under factory warranty. Well we broke down on Thursday afternoon and this dealer in Marietta Georgia basically gave us the cold shoulder and told us, sorry we can't repair your vehicle until Wednesday or Thursday of next week at the earliest. So we had to purchase the new alternator and have a mobile mechanic install the part so we could return home to Florida. So after purchasing the new alternator from the dealer even though this pickup was still under warranty, paying to have it installed, paying for a couple nights in a hotel, besides purchasing a new battery to get us to the hotel we made it back home to Florida. Monday morning i called Alan Jay in Sebring Florida where we purchased our new pickup and spoke to the service manager Gary Ferry, i explained everything that happened and how much money we had to put out to get our vehicle back to Florida. Well the service manager Gary made our day and said that what the GMC dealer did in Marietta Ga. Was totally unacceptable and he wanted us to bring him all our receipts for what we paid for this unfortunate event. I need to say that Gary went out of his way to file the necessary paperwork to get all our expenses reimbursed to us. Way to go Gary, thank you. As a first time buyer from Alan Jay, Alan Jay will be our dealer of choice from now on.. More
