oil change Al West is where I bought my car new in 2011 and they have always done the oil changes with regular oil. Monday they did a oil change and they used sy Al West is where I bought my car new in 2011 and they have always done the oil changes with regular oil. Monday they did a oil change and they used synthetic oil instead of regular oil without first discussing that with my husband. When I called to ask them about it they said it was due to we had a coupon and it was only for synthetic oil. We did not realize the coupon for only for synthetic oil I really feel like Al West should have discussed this with my husband before changing the oil from regular to synthetic. I really hope this change does not cause issues with my motor. More
