Disappointed My wife and I bought a 2012 Armada one week ago. A day or so later the low-pressure light for the tires came on and I called and set up an appointment My wife and I bought a 2012 Armada one week ago. A day or so later the low-pressure light for the tires came on and I called and set up an appointment for today to have it looked at and put air in one of the front tires. Today I was told that before they put the vehicle on the lot they replaced two tires and left the other two on it. One looked fairly new the other was not so good. The tire in question I was told by Dave maybe had a couple of months at best left on it. When I asked what they could do for me since I had just bought the vehicle, I was told nothing because all they had to do was "make it pass inspection" before it was put on the lot and I would need to buy a new tire. They did find and replace two bad tire pressure sensors and replace them at no charge that was good. However, I'm disappointed because just one week after I purchased the vehicle a tire that should have been replaced before it was put on the lot for me to buy needed to be replaced. So $170.80 later I have the tire that should have been on it a week ago. I don't think this is an example of the best way to keep a customer. More

The Best My husband and I have tried several places to get a vehicle that we liked and all we ever got was a run around. My husband found a few cars he liked online and contacted Karen and let her know the difficulties and time wasted that we have had. She was so nice and patient with us and made sure that before they ran anything, dinging our credit that they would be able to help us and not just hurt our credit. She made sure our time was not wasted and everyone was so nice and helpful. They didn't hide what they were doing and were very informative about everything, no one was pushy about anything just very helpful, not your typical sales people. We now own a new to us Nissan Armada and we love it. Thank you all so much, by far the best experience in car buying that I have had here in Missouri! More
