If I had one thing to say about this dealership its Run FAR away from this place. You walk in with knowing what you want to pay and they force you into a payment triple than what you had in mind. The sales people here are the only ones that are keeping this place from being shut down. The sales managers and especially the GM need flushed out. Very poorly managed. Are not there for the customer and only want a sale. I turned my keys in and went to Klaben who have my forever business. Got into a vehicle same size for half the payment. I suggest you all turn away and do the same. "Our World Revolves Around You", more like "Our World Revolves Around Money. It took one call to someone above the stores GM to get my problem solved. After being lied to and told 'We're not doing that" and "It's out of our hands". This place needs new management ASAP. This is why people are afraid to buy new cars because of experiences like this. Called service to talk about replacing swollen lug nuts on my 2017 F-150 have taken all my cars here after buying them from different dealers and have never had an issue. Service was very annoyed about the on my 2017 F-150 have taken all my cars here after buying them from different dealers and have never had an issue. Service was very annoyed about the reason I was calling like it was my fault the lug nuts are swollen. How about using one piece lug nuts and not crappy cheap ones. Talked to two disrespectful women in service. Then asked to be transferred to the General Manager and got no answer. Left my number requesting a call back and did not receive a call. Great job here Ford Motor Company. How about caring and taking care of your returning customers. Will never bring my car back here unless Spitzer tries to resolve this issue.
