Called service to talk about replacing swollen lug nuts on my 2017 F-150 have taken all my cars here after buying them from different dealers and have never had an issue. Service was very annoyed about the on my 2017 F-150 have taken all my cars here after buying them from different dealers and have never had an issue. Service was very annoyed about the reason I was calling like it was my fault the lug nuts are swollen. How about using one piece lug nuts and not crappy cheap ones. Talked to two disrespectful women in service. Then asked to be transferred to the General Manager and got no answer. Left my number requesting a call back and did not receive a call. Great job here Ford Motor Company. How about caring and taking care of your returning customers. Will never bring my car back here unless Spitzer tries to resolve this issue.
