My 90 year old father was attempting to buy a new 2022 Ford Escape at this dealership. When he stopped to look at the car, the salesman told him he could get massive discounts if he financed the entire s Ford Escape at this dealership. When he stopped to look at the car, the salesman told him he could get massive discounts if he financed the entire sale amount for six months. My father left. I stopped at the dealership to attempt to clarify the situation as I had spoken to the salesman and the sales manager about this sale before my father stopped there. I got the same message from the salesman. I asked how the dealership could post the price of the car on their website but not sell it to me at that price unless we financed it?? After going back and forth with the sales manager, the salesman stated I could not get the car at the advertised price unless financed. I left. Within 15 minutes I received a call that I now could get the car at the advertised price. They also tried to undercut my auto trader instant offer to a price well below what another dealer had offered me. I will never buy another car or service my cars at this dealership, even though it is less than 2 miles from my house. More

If I had one thing to say about this dealership its Run FAR away from this place. You walk in with knowing what you want to pay and they force you into a payment triple than what you had in mind. The sales people here are the only ones that are keeping this place from being shut down. The sales managers and especially the GM need flushed out. Very poorly managed. Are not there for the customer and only want a sale. I turned my keys in and went to Klaben who have my forever business. Got into a vehicle same size for half the payment. I suggest you all turn away and do the same. "Our World Revolves Around You", more like "Our World Revolves Around Money. It took one call to someone above the stores GM to get my problem solved. After being lied to and told 'We're not doing that" and "It's out of our hands". This place needs new management ASAP. This is why people are afraid to buy new cars because of experiences like this. More
