Great job, I went on Monday to see the truck, the payment was too high for me, so we left. The next day on Tuesday Rusty called and said, we will give you more for your truck, and lower the price of our tru was too high for me, so we left. The next day on Tuesday Rusty called and said, we will give you more for your truck, and lower the price of our truck. i called back, and talked with Rusty, he gave me a price I could live with. Told him I'd be over by 5 pm. The deal was done and i was home by a little after 7 pm. A great job by the team. Let me also say the young man Darrel who we talked to on Monday was awesome, but I'm so glad Rusty and the team got involved. Drove the truck to Tennessee and back, found a few wiring issues, but all in very pleased with my used truck purchase. It was nice to rescue a Chevy from a Ford lot, LOL. More

Here's the deal - when looking for a new/used car it's always a complex, and sometimes a stressful experience. We worked with Gary and Matt, and it was a great experience! Gary worked with us to get our daughter her first car. He took time to get to know her, and us, listened and advocated for the financial requirements we had. It reminded me of how this process went when I was young - when people really cared about making right by the customer. The true judge in my opinion of a good/bad experience buying a car, is not if it goes well the day of the purchase, but rather how are the moments when things are complex handled. There's always the unplanned things that happen. And those happened to us too, but with patience and good communication, Gary (and Matt) handled them well, and did right by us. Gary made long-time customers out of us and we'll be glad to return there for our next car purchase! Thank you Gary (and Matt). Also want to say Lucia in service is great. She's a great communicator and advocate for the customer. Great place to get service done! More
I believe the service department did very good job. Scott, the service writer. He was very professional and a pleasure to deal with. The work was done correctly and so far so good. My biggest complaint would be the pricing of service. I had thoughts of going to a non-dealership to get my service done but the only reason I came there is because of the points I have that gave me money off of my service. I was quoted $1300 to replace front struts that the service text said need to be addressed someday. That is just outrageous. $300 to put a thermostat that is also out rages. So my complaints are not with the service or the job they do but overall value I guess.. More

Horrible place. I knew exactly what I wanted, set an appointment for that particular vehicle. I indicated on a follow up call with them that I was not interested in I knew exactly what I wanted, set an appointment for that particular vehicle. I confirmed it was available, even spoke again with the dealer Gary while on the way, only to get there after a very long drive and be told it’s not available. They wasted my time and had the audacity to think just because they got me in the door they would be able to sell me what I did not want or ask for. They had every opportunity to provide an update before I arrived but they let greed override good business sense. On top of that, they still show the car as available and jacked up the price by $1200.00 within minutes of arriving. Waste of time and gas. Poor representation and as a former car sales person myself, it’s unacceptable. More
