A Pleasure to deal with Mike and Brett understood what I wanted and why and did what was necessary to make that happen. I spent a good 8 hours working with a different dealer Mike and Brett understood what I wanted and why and did what was necessary to make that happen. I spent a good 8 hours working with a different dealership trying to achieve something impossible. Rather than help me into a truck that fit my wants and budget, they pointed me to other vehicles still out of my range. I left frustrated. Not the case with Spitzer!! :) I found a truck that was what I wanted and more! Mike and Brett streamlined the process and I was driving home in a truck in about 2 hours. Thanks, guys, I would certainly recommend you to others. More

Ripped off hard I had just had a bad experience with buying a brand new Jeep Cherokee that was a Lemon and had to quickly buy a new car. There were 2 different young I had just had a bad experience with buying a brand new Jeep Cherokee that was a Lemon and had to quickly buy a new car. There were 2 different young guys taking turns taking care of me, which was not good. Car was overpriced, I received a very high interest rate, I was lied to about several things. Was told the recall was done, they would buff out scratches, I would get free Ford sync and was also told car had a digital speedometer which was a must. None of that was true. I had to come back and spend another 5 hrs while they completed the recall and detailed the car. At this time I was told the scratches couldnt be buffed. I also showed concern about the buttons on Steering wheel being loose but service said it was supposed to be like that. After 7 mths the steering controls (stereo) stopped working. Then After having the car a year and a half and only putting on $6K miles, the key fab is giving me issues. Not Happy! More

Love the Ford Edge and the Spitzer experience We began only two days ago to search for another PreOwned Ford Edge SEL or LTD to replace our 2008 Edge. We searched the internet and located a good We began only two days ago to search for another PreOwned Ford Edge SEL or LTD to replace our 2008 Edge. We searched the internet and located a good contender at Spitzer Ford. Very quickly I was able to set an appointment with Charles. He brought the car into the shop area because the weather was cold and rainy. He showed us the very first Edge of our carefully planned hunt for the day. We anticipated a long search with lots of painful negotiations and stops at several dealerships. We were pleasantly surprised to admire the very first vehicle we test drove. It was Ford Certified PreOwned which also boosted our confidence. Charles was helpful and great. Long story short, he offered us a great trade in and the Spitzer Ford sticker price was the lowest of comparable vehicles in our planned search for the day. We decided that there wasn't any reason to search further and we purchased the car! We were driving our new purchase off the lot by lunchtime!
