Since I'm located about 40 min away, I thought I would call first and make sure they actually had it in stock. I talked to a sales person named Tex over the phone and he took the time to locate the exact vehicle in their lot. Later that afternoon, I drove to the dealership to check out the truck. Tex had it set aside and ready for me to inspect and take it for a test drive. The sales process was very simple - no pressure and very accommodating. Wonderful Experience at Al Spitzer Ford in Hartville, OH I was 400 miles from home and one side of the protective engine cover became loose, so it was dragging at various times while driving. I called the dealership that I use at home and was told to call a local Ford dealership if possible. I called the Al Spitzer Ford dealership in Cuyahoga Falls, OH on Saturday. Their service department didn't have any openings, but it was recommended that I call the Al Spitzer Ford dealership in Hartville, OH. I did call there and Zack, the customer service person, couldn't have been nicer. He said to bring it in when I could get there and that they would look at it. I did take it to the dealership and it was a great experience. Zack was very helpful and the service department took the car in within 10 minutes of my arrival. Within a half hour, they had fixed the problem and Zack said there was no charge. It was a wonderful experience and it was so nice to know that the Ford dealership in Hartville, OH went out of their way to help me while I was so far away from home. I have talked to my dealership and told them of my experience! I would recommend this dealership to anyone!! More

Tex is genuine and trustworthy and I feel confident knowing he is standing behind my new purchase. More
