New F150 - Warranty Issue - No Customer Service A paint flaw was discovered at time of delivery on the hood of a new F150 and acknowledge by dealership. Dealership did not have courtesy vehicle to A paint flaw was discovered at time of delivery on the hood of a new F150 and acknowledge by dealership. Dealership did not have courtesy vehicle to send me home in in order to keep truck. Now dealership will not communicate and take the corrective action to address the issue. Giving me runaround and not doing what they say they will do which is take pictures to send off to Ford. Dealership is showing no accountability or customer service. Say they will come out on certain day and take pictures and then no show. No empathy, no accountability no service. Just excuses. These actions only say that they do not value your business. Save yourself the aggravation. Shop elsewhere! More

Only buy if you want a list to fix At first I thought this experience was going to be easy and quick. Then I got the car, and things started to go south. They sent me a car with a check engine light on, an air compressor that was close to blowing, a bad exhaust and a non working key fob which they told me, worked. The noise from the air I heard before I left and they told me it was normal (I know NOTHING about cars air so I believed them. My local ford told me otherwise). They told me they would fix all the necessary fixes but would NOT authorize payment for over a week, in which I was left with no vehicle. Since I have owned this vehicle (June 2019, it’s now October) I myself have put hundreds( almost into the thousands) of dollars into making this explorer run right. I honestly have had nothing but a TERRIBLE experience with this dealership and quite frankly would never recommend them to anyone 🤷🏼♀️ More
