I took my car in for routine oil change on 5/10/22. I had a concern as I hadn’t been able to get my Ford Pass Rewards. Lucia immediately went on line to get them. She was unable because it was more th I had a concern as I hadn’t been able to get my Ford Pass Rewards. Lucia immediately went on line to get them. She was unable because it was more than 3 months and dealership can’t apply them. However, she went the extra step, brought me the information and a contact phone number! I called at the dealership and spoke to Jasmine who was able to apply the points to my account! It has been 8 months and I had not been able to get results. Thanks to all of them! The service was not applied to my points due to the huge delay and inconvenience. Vernon made a point of handling any concerns and explaining all the findings! Both Lucia and Vernon helped me restore my confidence in this dealership. Thank you and kudos to them! More

I purchased a vehicle from Al Spitzer Ford in Cuyahoga Falls, Ohio. The dealership sold this vehicle to my son and I with known issues to transmission. The dealership failed to disclose the prior transm Falls, Ohio. The dealership sold this vehicle to my son and I with known issues to transmission. The dealership failed to disclose the prior transmission issues. The in service department and Ford are declining to pay for known issues with this vehicle. Per the VIN, this is the fourth transmission clutch to be replaced on this vehicle. I have filed a complaint with the BBB and the dealership declined to respond to the complaint. It is terrible that the dealership would sell this vehicle to a consumer. My children drive this vehicle and it has become a safety concern as the vehicle will not engage into reverse and the transmission hot light comes on at certain situations More
