Agreed to a deal on the phone… gave them $1000. 00 deposit on company credit card. Told salesman Brandon we would finance it through our bank would take a few days… bank financing went through 4 bus 00 deposit on company credit card. Called Brandon and he said they had taken another offer on the van and would refund our deposit. That might be how they do business in Cleveland but here in SE Indiana when we make a deal it’s a deal. I’m sure someone else offered them $500 more so they took it. Terrible way to do business… don’t go near that dealership! More

Spencer Johnson was very easy to talk to and listen to me and what I needed over all he was a joy to be with.
