Scott Torrence was a superb Service Advisor. We were traveling on vacation from Wisconsin to Virginia when the low oil pressure light came on. We were able to quickly get an appointment at Spitzer Ford. Scott checked us in and kept us informed all along the repair process. We thought it would take 5 to 6 hours, but Scott and his team delivered in less than 3 hours. He was courteous, professional, efficient, and obviously dedicated to top-notch service. Well done!! More
I have been trying to get information on a Lincoln nautilus for over 2 weeks and Devon the sales person has been anything but helpful. I sent three requested via the website before I ever was contacted by anyone. When I was contacted by Devon he texted me he would get me photos and inspection sheet 9/11 @ approxiaetly 9:50 . After not hearing anything I reached out at 4:00 on 9/11 and was told the nautilus was in transit he would let me know whe. It arrives. 9/13 I reached out again and was told he was off work to let him ask his manager. On 9/14 after not hearing anything I called the dealership in the morning and I got another sales person and ask him if the car was on site and could i get some pictures. He said it was and he would get me some pictures. Never heard anything from that salesman. At 1:00 on the 14th I received a text from Devon he said it is here but it came in a little dirty we are getting it detailed. I did not here anything so I reached out via text again on 9/17 at 4:22 to i asked if he could send pictures and Inspection report yet. He told via text yes I can. On 9/18 at 9:00 it had yet to be inspected it should be going through inspection this morning and he will keep me informed. On 9/20 at 1:15 I reached out again after not hearing anything and ask what is the deal and could I get the information requested. On 9/20 at 1:20 Devon texted me that he had been asking for the inspection report for three days he even tried to get his manager involved to get it but it hasn't went through service yet. He said he was off 9/20 but it has been sitting right outside his desk window and he has been trying. On 9/21 at 8:55 I texted and asked if it is sitting outside your window could I get the pictures and some other details. It is know 2+ hours since I asked and I have not received anything. I think i have been more than patient with this dealership and I will not be doing business with them and will tell everyone about my experience trying to buy a car from Ford Spitzer. More
