My husband and I were in the market for a used truck. I'll skip to the great part; We left the lot in a brand-new Ford F-150! Nathan was our salesman. This was because he was so personable, persistent in trying to get to know what our needs were and continued finding ways to help. He made us feel comfortable and as if we were in the right place. Then Patrick came over and greeted us. He added to what Nathan had already shown us. Patrick was hospitable, honest, and truly showed that he cared. They did not stop until everything was exactly where we wanted it. John finalized all of the paperwork, and he also continued on with full honesty. He had an affable persona and made the process very easy. We are happy to have encountered this dealership, as we are not from that area. We turned down other vehicles at different dealers because of the precedent of being purely genuine that Patrick, Nathan and John had already set.
