I made an appointment on your website for 1 of my 2 Free oil changes, promised to me when I bought my vehicle in November from advantage Chevrolet. I was not allowed to use this because I didn’t know the ex oil changes, promised to me when I bought my vehicle in November from advantage Chevrolet. I was not allowed to use this because I didn’t know the extended warranty company….? Why could I make the appointment and did your website acknowledge I had two free oil changes under my name, VIN number etc, but couldn’t be figured out in person at the dealership? I also was charged for a tire rotate when I never authorized one. The advisor misunderstood and thought I said, “yes rotate the tires.” However, I get free rotations at a tire chain. I would never pay $40+ to have my tires rotated. Yet, at the window, here’s my invoice $109.11. Very disappointing experience. More
On 12/13/21 we brought our 2016 Buick Cascada in for an oil change. Checking the car's record, Todd, the service writer, suggested that we have the Transmission Fluid, the Coolant, and the Brake Fluid chan oil change. Checking the car's record, Todd, the service writer, suggested that we have the Transmission Fluid, the Coolant, and the Brake Fluid changed as well. We agreed and left after paying a $600 bill. We were forced to return on Saturday 12/18/2021 because the car exuded a strong, pungent burning smell. Nicolas Moore, the service writer, was very attentive to our concern. He reported that they found oil spilled on the frame near the filter and that was splashing on the exhaust system and burning. The spill was cleaned and the car no longer exudes the burning smell. Nicolas was attentive to the issue, He did not want us to have to return on Monday. We are senior citizens and in over fifty years of oil changes, we never have had one where the technician had an "accident" and failed to clean his/her mess. We were further disappointed, after spending an unnecessary (in our minds) Saturday morning getting an issue fixed that should not have happened, we were not even assured that our next oil change would be on the dealer. No voucher. No coupon. No recompense for our time spent due to the dealer's error. More
