Service advisor was helpful, but car was not fixed. It was in for 2 weeks. I got it back Saturday, and it seemed to run OK for a day before problem started again Monday evening. Last night the engine l It was in for 2 weeks. I got it back Saturday, and it seemed to run OK for a day before problem started again Monday evening. Last night the engine light went on. I called this morning (Wednesday) to get it back in and fixed and to get a loaner vehicle. Hopeful they will stand by their work after a $6900 repair bill (which was under their estimate but much higher than online estimates I received for the repair that was to be done). More

My two recent contacts with Al Piemonte GMC have been the best ever. In the past, I have purchased my last 5 vehicles from Ettleson Buick and Cadillac, which until now have been the best, and are still best ever. My personal contact with Nicholas Moore in the Service Department couldn’t be better, he was knowledgeable and friendly, and made certain that my car was taken care of as expected. He even arranged for transportation home after I dropped my vehicle off. I cannot say enough about the superior treatment I received, in fact, when I purchase my next vehicle I will definitely come to Al Piemonte GMC just on the basis of the current service I received.
