We are long time customers of this dealership and we love GMC products, but we keep our vehicles for an average of 10 years. Todd Froelich and the amazing service department is the reason we keep coming ba GMC products, but we keep our vehicles for an average of 10 years. Todd Froelich and the amazing service department is the reason we keep coming back. Recently, we were on a road trip in our 2015 Yukon XL when we had a check engine light come on. We found a Chevy dealership and took it in to be checked. Their techs wanted to install a new catalytic converter which would take days to arrive and they were not 100% sure that was the problem. We called Todd as we had serviced the vehicle two weeks prior to the trip. He asked us a bunch of questions, reviewed the service records told us what to look for if it was a catalytic converter problem. Long story short, we finished the trip with absolutely no issues and took the car in for a once over. This is the type of service we've always received from this service team and the reason we continue to be customers at this GMC dealership. Thank you Todd and to all the Service Techs who've kept us running all these years. You are the best! More
