Al Piemonte Buick GMC - Service Center

This was my first service to be done since purchasing my vehicle about six months ago. I called to confirm this would be covered by the dealer and they said yes. Made an appointment and drove an hour, to almost be turned away because their guys were all clocked out already, not sure why we had people clock out if there were still upcoming appointments. Then at the end of the service they rang me up and charged me the service. I said that this should be on them and this was confirmed over the phone before I made the appointment and drove an hour to the shop. Just a little messy, everyone was kind but I could sense they were antsy and wanting to “get it over with” and go home. More

When I made my online appt. it showed Todd as my service rep., however, it was Neil who greeted me at my car and quickly checked me in. Service was quick and without issue. My only suggestion would be that the customer be told the cost of the service. I was only there for an oil change so I was aware of what the cost should be, but it was never told to me.
