Had me reschedule my service appointment twice due to not having a car to lend me while my car was gonna be in service. They had told me I’ll have a car to leave with and I show up to my appointment and then having a car to lend me while my car was gonna be in service. They had told me I’ll have a car to leave with and I show up to my appointment and then they tell me there’s no cars available to lend me. Took off work for these appointments and no one is gonna pay me the time off. They’re supposed to call when there’s a vehicle available and I been waiting two weeks while my car still has an issue! Very disappointed with the dealership. More

They don’t inspect their cars! I purchased this car and drove it home with a slight noise thinking nothing of it because I had to service it anyways.I told service about it any the I purchased this car and drove it home with a slight noise thinking nothing of it because I had to service it anyways.I told service about it any they said it would have to come out of pocket and the warranty I bought wouldn’t kick in for 30 days?! The seller won’t return any of my calls I’ve left voicemails for both the dealership and seller and no one answered. Save yourself and stay far away from this dealership they act like you’re in good hands until the car you just purchased comes damaged and you don’t notice till you’re home. Side note the service attendant Neil is very rude and condescending but I brushed it off but it really rubbed me the wrong way seeing him yell at his coworker Vinny in front of me just because he asked a question. If you’re a woman prepare to be undermined and taken advantage of they will not take you seriously at all. More
