If I could give no stars or negative stars, we would! Absolute worst experience ever. I wish I would've really looked into things here before making a 5 hour round trip drive. They told us everything one would want to hear just long enough to get you to sign on the dotted line, to make a 5 star google review and then after that, you will mean ABSOLUTELY nothing to them because they got the sale. Because we drove such a far distance for a particular truck, the sales guy Kris and the manager Manny told us to be specific if anything on the truck was a deal breaker so that they could make it right and send us home with the truck. The top tailgate piece was ripped up with a dented tailgate underneath that caused the tailgate to not electronically open the entire way. His response, we will get you a new trim piece but the tailgate operation is just how it is.......REALLY? Cuz this isn't our first rodeo, an electronic tailgate, OPENS. We are going on week 5 since the purchase and still no tailgate trim. Guess what? I called them a few weeks ago and they gave us a story and then sent a picture of a tailgate asking us what piece it was so clearly it was NEVER ordered. I just called there this weekend and supposedly it was ready to ship out but their UPS hadn't picked up for 2 days. The truck also didn't have a SD card in the GPS/nav system. It kept giving an error, when we mentioned that they said, yeah not all trucks come with those and yours is one of them. Again, we should've called them out on this B.S. and not bought the truck but then they said, we'll fill your tank since you came so far (we all know fuel prices are super high and when we test drove this truck, it was below E so I'm not sure how we even were able to drive it long on the test drive, but felt that would be sufficient to feel we were appreciated). The sales guy Kris cared about us all the way to the lobby as he discussed how to give him and Manny a good google review so they could get 20 bucks, once we did that and sat for a 1 hour and 45 minutes, we were never acknowledged again. They took my husband in to sign papers and all of the paperwork and credit app were completed with the wrong name. They used his middle name instead of his first name. That took another 30 minutes to redo the paperwork and then we flagged down a garage service tech to ask if we were good to go. We weren't real sure because the truck hadn't moved since we returned from the test drive. When we mentioned the gas, the manager called another tech up to take it down the road for us to fill up (as they stated). We left the parking lot, my husband in the new truck and me following behind in our vehicle. He called me and said, the low fuel light is still on and it's just above E so I said, turn around and go back in there. He did just that and this time was told, oh, we don't fill it completely, we put in $25.00. That wouldn't even have gotten us to the next exit on the interstate so before we left town we had to stop at the gas station just down from the dealership and fill it up. Like I mentioned we are on week 5. Week 5 and still no license plates for the truck. We've called a couple times and no return response on the status so I called our states DMV today and NOTHING is pending for the truck or for us! I called the dealership again and asked to talk to the title clerk. I specifically asked why this hadn't been done, her response was, it can take up to 30 days to file the paperwork and we filed yours with our title company 3 days ago. Save yourself the stress, the disappointment and the let down and go somewhere else. Wish there was a return policy! More

The day I picked up Car I wasn't given the hub lock key. I had to drive back a third time. They didn't even have it, they had to install a new set. I was asked if I wanted normal lug nuts after I paid the $450. I was handed one fob (no 2nd available) and it's broken. No offer to get me a new one. Benny in finance saved your rating from a zero. I was told the GPS security system and the lugnut locks were a local dealer expense. I can't believe that. Used car upgrades are pretty rare. Plus you didn't have the key any way!! And i asked if I would get a refund of I went with normal lugnut and wasn't given an answer More
