In short, I could not have made the transaction easier and they could not have made it more difficult. I had no trade in and paid cash at sticker price. I spoke with two females on the phone, Samantha was the last one and never was introduced to them. I had been assigned three sales people. I eventually ordered a truck from Joseph in early December. I never heard from the dealership again. Called a few time to check on vehicle. Since it was not even in production, I ended buying one on the lot. So much more I can probably say. Joseph is a nice enough guy, but process the dealership takes would not want me to recommend the dealership. I can only imagine what it will be like if service needs to be done, since the purchase experience is supposed to be where they shine. The worst part was when I looked at the final price and they added in an "Al Piemonte Security" charge for almost $4,000. I received a discount off that, but felt I had no choice to buy it or not buy it. It is totally ridiculous, since my insurance would provide theft coverage. More
