The reason I only rated this dealership 4 stars instead of 5 is due to the fact that the price they advertised the vehicle for was not the actual amount they were selling it for. The actual price was appr of 5 is due to the fact that the price they advertised the vehicle for was not the actual amount they were selling it for. The actual price was approximately $3,500 more than the advertised price. We confirmed the advertised price with the dealership by phone prior to going into the dealership to look at the vehicle. Nothing was said to us regarding that additional $3,500 until we were at the dealership and speaking with the salesman. Therefore we were stunned when we were told after the fact that this $3,500 was not an option, we had to pay for it because it was already put on the vehicle. The advertised price of the vehicle should have reflected the true cost instead of leaving out the $3,500. More

I brought my vehicle in regarding the recall dealing with the wiper blades. I mentioned something about a clucking sound and if it could be checked out. My appoint was for 9:00 am and I got there at 9:10 and my vehicle wasn't ready until around 12:00 pm or so. I feel my vehicle was push back because I said to disregard the clucking sound. I will find somewhere else to take my vehicle going forward. I have been going there for some time but will not tolerate being treated less than. I am unable to write the customer service employee's name because the paperwork is in my vehicle in my garage. It was my first time dealing/seeing him (the really young guy). More
