Not a good experience. Couldn’t get much of a straight answer on anything. Dealer wasn’t forthcoming on interest rate or trade in value. Tried adding warranties I’ve already stated I did not want. Lastly, didn’t clean the vehicle properly and promised a full tank of gas……I drove away with a quarter tank. Todd has serviced my GMC Terrain for the past 112. 5 years. He is TOTALLY COMPETENT, well informed, extremely courteous, totally gentleman, always gives me up tp date information on my vehicle. His s 5 years. He is TOTALLY COMPETENT, well informed, extremely courteous, totally gentleman, always gives me up tp date information on my vehicle. His sincere approach to his job is most admirable, totally knowledge, constantly keeps me up to date as to any necessary repairs or replacements. Todd is a super young man obviously dedicated to both his job. company and clients. At total personable individual always greets me with a smile and sincere concern about the particular GMC Terrain. Joseph was great to work with. Very friendly and professional. I walked out of there with the truck I drove 3 hours to purchase. I ended up getting it reduced but it is insurance I don't need. Other than that I would recommend this dealership. More
