the dealership was great the person who attended to me was Jonathan and he was really attentive and tried his best to get me what i wanted. The only reason i did not buy the car here the night i went was was Jonathan and he was really attentive and tried his best to get me what i wanted. The only reason i did not buy the car here the night i went was because Dan the manager was not willing to move on budget and there was no military discount or anything. every other car i’ve bought had a military discount even if was just like $100. Very poor customer service and communication. Called many times to no answer and no call back. I asked questions and got an attitude from a red haired guy in service I didn’t even want to ask for Called many times to no answer and no call back. I asked questions and got an attitude from a red haired guy in service I didn’t even want to ask for his name. Todd was the guy I got to take care of my service. Very bad communication I had to call many times to no answer and no call back until I asked for a loaner vehicle and they were quick to ask for it back because it had just been sold. The whole process was very strange for it being a dealership. I would rather drive next time 45mins away to Naperville to have my vehicle serviced than a 5 minute drive to have to go there and deal with everything that happened there again. People in sales were great they helped more than people working service. I DO NOT recommend coming here. My truck was returned filthy from the outside and it was a hassle trying to get it straightened out and trying to reach a manager I just gave up on it. More
